The Flat Cable Reel 500-127 is a high-speed reel designed for flat cable storage and winding. With an outer flange diameter of 500 mm and a drum diameter of 127 mm, it provides excellent capacity and smooth cable handling. Manufactured from Q235 steel through precision welding and machining, the reel features flat and smooth side plates, a perfectly rounded drum reshaped after welding, and a polished surface finish for durability. All welded joints are carefully cleaned and free of burrs, while the hub is machined to a surface roughness of Ra6.3. The reel meets dynamic balance accuracy grade G16, ensuring stable performance under continuous high-speed operation.
